Matters needing attention:

1. Because of the possibility of breaking electrical components or wire head falling off during transportation, strict inspection should be carried out first. In order to ensure personal safety, the switching mechanism must be connected well, then the power supply should be connected, and then the operation of motors in all parts should be checked strictly, and the leakage phenomenon should be noticed.

2. When installing, attention should be paid to adjusting the center line of the extruder head and the center of the traction roll to keep horizontal and vertical, and not to deviate from the skew.

3. As the outer diameter of winding increases gradually, please pay attention to the combination of traction speed and winding speed. Please adjust it in time.

4. After the main engine is turned on, pay close attention to the operation of the main engine, timely adjust, correct, electrical instruments, controllers to ensure its normal operation.
